The open mesh (4 x 4 mm) is made out of long-lasting glass fibre covered with several non-adhesive coatings. The perfect tool for cooking in the oven without using any grease. The open mesh can be used to prepare all kinds of food.

• do not use as a cutting surface
• always use plastic or wooden utensils
• do not fold or crease the mesh
• do not exceed an oven temperature of 260ºC / 500ºF
• do not expose directly to naked flames, burners, grills or heating elements
• after use wipe the mesh and wash by hand or in the dishwasher with care

Never remove the mesh from the oven with your bare hands; always use oven gloves.
