burning, resists fruit acids, impervious to odoursBefore the first use:Wash in hot, soapy water rinse and dry thoroughly. Apply a thin layer of cooking
oil to condition the surface of the pan. Oiling the surface should not be necessary
for subsequent uses unless the pan has been washed in the dishwasher when thesurface will benefit from a light greasing.Important:Preheat oven before placing the pan into oven. Never use the pan on direct heat.
Do net place on hotplates or gas ring. Do not use sharp metal tools to cut or remove
foods from the pan. Never wash your pan with abrasive soaps or scouring pads.Instructions for use:Always support pan on a solid baking tray to make positioning and removing from the
oven easier. Place the mixture in the pan spreading evenly.Cooking times may be slightly shorter than with ordinary baking pans. Remove the
pan from the oven and allow to cool. Pan may be picked up by the edges after about
2 minutes. Leave the baked product to cool completely in the pan. Place ontoa cooling rack, invert, then press the base and carefully peel the pan from thebaked product.Microwave:Stand pan directly into oven or on turntable and follow the above instructions.Freezing:Put the empty pan onto a tray, pour the mix into the pan and then place in the freezer
making sure that it stands level. The pan can go straight from the freezerto the microwave or oven for defrosting or heating. Food may be left in the pand
and stored in the freezer. Cover with foil or cling film.
